HELLO WORLD!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have finally decided to create my blog to write about anything I desire, especially after seeing what is going on in the world. You may be confused as to what I mean about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After being scared to be judged my whole life for who I am, I decided to change that recently. When I was younger, I was bullied about my appearance; it hit my confidence 100%. It led me to stay in an abusive relationship (don’t worry, I left it back in 2015) because I felt nobody else would like me and only that person would “love me”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I became a quiet person because of the bullying and the toxic relationship. I felt my opinions and ideas were invalid since I thought I was unintelligent, ugly and fat. Yes, back then, I was worried a lot about my body, when now I admit I am bigger and would like to look like I did before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, even if I ever get comments that I should not do something or about the way I look, the only opinion I will consider is mine since it is my life, and it’s short.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, my mental health hit low, but around August, I got help, and now I am happier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to know more information on how I improved my mental health after those incidents, I would be happy to do another post talking about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, after a break-up in 2019, it affected me emotionally, making me not care about myself physically until the end of 2021. Yes, the pandemic also contributed to my increased weight. I have now decided that I want to lose it all for my health and appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me clarify one thing. My body structure is for a small person, and when I increase weight, it all goes to my belly rather than my legs or arms. I may not look THAT big, but my body does feel those extra kilos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, I want to change along with expressing myself more on this virtual platform, including posting more on all my other social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is enough for this very long and personal post, so the next post I do will hopefully be more uplifting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
